LFW App Beta
We've been testing and we are at a point where we agree it's time to launch beta.
Joining beta is intended to help us move forward; tidying things up, making changes and getting some feedback. We look forward to hearing from newcomers, as well as those who were a part of Live From Wisco at any point within the last 10 years!
What to expect with Beta status
Expect there will be bugs, there will be a learning curve on how to use it, and that appearance may not be 100% the quality you experience with all other phone apps. They have all started at beta status and have polished out before official release.
Expectations:
- Camera quality will improve
- App user experience will be optimized
- Submission content will increase
- Amount of users will increase
- New features will be implemented
Being in beta, it is a web-based app currently. It will eventually be packaged and released as a FREE App, through the iOS App Store and Google Play for Android. There will be some paid VIP benefits offered (Lifetime members automatically will be VIP); that are intended to enhance experience but not restrict regular app use.
Feedback
The MOST IMPORTANT part of being a Beta tester is spamming the MF-ing crap out of me through the support ticket function! I wanna hear about any complications, any ideas you have and anything that you think needs to be improved. Feel free to screenshot the issues and send them in the support ticket function!

Don't be afraid to just spam the feed with random submissions. We aren't expecting amazing content quality, just play around with the capture suite and try things out!
Play Around
Play around with the app and get a feel. You will frequently notice changes, and any issues you run into will likely resolve in short order.

We will slowly increase the user pool and eventually it will end up going to official release!
Add Shortcut to Home Screen
Once signed up, it is recommended to add a shortcut to the app url (app.livefromwisco.com) to your phone's app menu- Front and center preferred! :P

Thanks a bunch to everyone, those loyal, those who come and go and those who have expressed the importance of my creation of LFW. The grace and patience due to my brain cancer/surgery endeavor, and the expression of sadness due to our snapchat closure have been the tipping point that justified pushing forward with this app-development challenge.
