Are you all about DTF?
DTF (Direct to Film), is a modern form of printing on garments and other substrates. It prints a full CMYK image, (any shape and size) from a transparent plastic film, and then coats it with a powder of specialized glue. This specialized glue then gets melted on and bonded to the durable ink, ready to be pressed.
I've done a lot of T-shirt printing in my life, and i've found by far this is superior to everything else available on the market.
Flexibility
Moving away from silkscreen, I can print any quantities and have variations with unlimited variances.
Apply Heat
I use a high-tech heat press- accurate with temperature, time, and pressure on the garment.
Send it!
I line up the film with my intended location on the garment, close the press and let it do the work!
Crisp and clean
This method of printing provides vibrant images with no haze- Everything we print are designs I have created myself, without assistance of AI to generate images.
Extremely Durable
We print primarily on high cotton garments. They are stout, rigid; and don't stretch or shrink too much like most bottom-barrel online t-shirt companies. This is a picture of a shirt I regularly wear with over 2 years with more than 50 high heat washes!
At this point you can notice some age, but still presentable and I'll still wear it to every Friday fish fry :P
